Vista 64 bit Home Premium
So i got my new PC with vista about 6 days ago. Recently i was playing GW and it started to get really laggy and choppy. So i restarted and noticed my entire PC slowing down; what would normally be a 30 sec restart turned into a 5 minute one. It took forever to navigate around because things would just stop responding.

it sounds more like a hardware issue, since the problem started when you were running a (surprisingly) demanding task.
i would first look at temperatures to see if they are too high. prebuilt PCs always skimp on case cooling, and results in high temperatures. prime suspects would be the graphic card, since you were running a 3D task when the problem started. |
